Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and manage our main office abroad. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing and coordinating various office departments, including marketing, sales, administration, accounts, and more. This is an on-site position based in Kochi, Kerala, India, with responsibility for our overseas operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 10+ employees across various departments, including marketing, sales, administration, accounts, and more.
Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the main office abroad.
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to set and achieve performance goals and targets.
Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among teams.
Handle HR-related activities, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Address and resolve operational issues and challenges.
Report directly to senior management on office performance and initiatives.
