Key Responsibilities:

ERP & Accounts Software Knowledge: Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and accounting software for efficient financial management.

Payroll Accounting: Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations and disbursements.

VAT & Corporate Tax: Handle VAT and corporate tax matters, including preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

Client Tax Dealings: Assist clients with tax-related matters, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with tax laws.

English Language: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication and documentation.

Budgeting & Tendering: Participate in budget preparation and tendering processes, contributing to financial planning and proposals.

Forecasting (Income & Expenses): Conduct financial forecasting, analyzing income and expenses to support decision-making.

Managing Receivables: Oversee accounts receivable, tracking and managing client payments, and ensuring timely collections.

Direct Client Dealing (Phone and Email): Engage directly with clients via phone and email to address financial queries and provide necessary support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.

• Thorough knowledge of VAT and corporate tax regulations in the UAE.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• UAE experience is must.
