Plus UAE is a leading business consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi, committed to providing exceptional services to our valued clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an ADMIN (Client).


Job Responsibilities:


Client Support

Provide prompt and efficient customer service to clients.

Answer client inquiries and resolve issues related to company documentations.

Assist clients with understanding complex legal and administrative procedures.


Document Management

Manage and maintain accurate records of client documents and correspondence.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with PROs to facilitate smooth processing of documents.

PRO Management

Oversee the work of PROs, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Liaise with government authorities to obtain necessary permits and licenses.

Monitor and track the status of various documentation processes.

Administrative Tasks

Handle general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Assist with office organization and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills


Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.

Familiarity with PRO procedures and document attestation processes.


Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Female Filipino candidates preferred.
