Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in English and Telecalling, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads and converting them into clients.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and networking

- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients

- Maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities

- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Business Setup & Outsource P.R.O Services sector

- Strong English communication skills

- Proven experience in Telecalling sales

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
