HR Manager

Job Overview:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company policies and procedures, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.

  • Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports on HR activities and performance.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide support.

  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
