HR Manager
Job Overview:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company policies and procedures, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports on HR activities and performance.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide support.
Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
